Start with Australia, shall we? Ignorance unfortunately drops quite a way, down 11 places to #46. No other data is cropping up at the moment. I'm sure I'll be able to construct a complete run when the full chart is released in the weeks to come.

As for NZ, Ignorance was still messing around in the top 40 last week, slipping a couple of places to #34 in its third week. The release of this week's position is imminent, no doubt, but, alas, will now make next week's update.

Fantastic results over in the UK! Ignorance debuts at #14 on the singles chart, selling 15,307 copies in its first week. That certifiably makes it Paramore's best charting single in the motherland, topping Misery Business by 3 places. It's currently sitting just inside the top 30 on their iTunes chart, so expect a drop for next week. Airplay, though, keeps building--Ignorance now sits among the top 50 at #48, up a further 17 places.

Ireland also sees Ignorance debut on the singles chart at #49--which, from memory, makes it Paramore's highest charting single there as well.

Further in Europe, Ignorance debuts on the German singles chart at #42. That's higher than Decode managed in its 9 week run back at the start of the year! Austria also gives Ignorance another top 40 debut, on the dot at #40. That's another peak, 19 places higher than Decode managed at the start of the year.

Still nothing much happening over in the US. I have a scanty chart run for Ignorance on both the Alternative Songs chart and Rock Songs Chart, where it peaked at #8 three weeks ago and #20 five weeks ago respectively. It currently sits at #10 on the Alt chart and #25 on the Rock chart. Lets hope for some movement next week as some of the songs with longer runs start to falter. The imminent release of the album should boost sales too, I imagine. Look for re-appearances on the main Hot 100 chart, and possibly debuts on the Pop 100 and Airplay charts in the weeks to come? Either way, bne looks to chart well if the reviews are anything to go by.
