Paramore (noun) - pop-punk/rock band from from Franklin, Tennessee

"We, Paramore, are a group of four best friends who share a strong passion for creating music. Franklin, TN is our home and we've made a unanimous decision that it's the only place for us. some of us met at school and some of us met in other bands... either way, we (Josh, Zac, Hayley and Jeremy) are a band.

Sometime during the middle of March 2004, the four of us as a whole finally got it together and began writing songs and playing talent shows and the occasional basement. We had a pretty lucky break, playing our first real show at this little dive called The End, in Nashville with Copeland and Lovedrug and about nine months later we were signing a deal with Fueled by Ramen.

In 2005, we began building a solid fan base that could rip any other fan base to shreds with their dedication alone. that summer we put out our debut album, "All We Know Is Falling" and continued to tour on it for another year and a half.

Fall/winter 2006 saw us writing what has become our second and latest release, entitled, "RIOT!". we recorded this record with David Bendeth and his incredible crew during the first few months of this year (2007) and it was released on June 12th. We'll spend the rest of this year - and possibly, all of the next - touring on "RIOT!" and hopefully, building an even larger, stronger fan base."
